Motorcycle Trip to Montana

Bill and I had a great time on the motorcycle in August with friends. We traveled to Jackson Hole, then on to Montana and back. A ton of riding in a short amount of time. Ouch!!
Great trip!

St George in summer

Nick and Mariah went to St. George with me and Bill this past week. We hung out at the pool almost everyday. This is a new area being built outside of St. George. It has a new lake and golf course community called Sand Hollow. It was pretty cool.






We wanted to golf this course but it isn't open until the end of the summer. It was beautiful there in the middle of the desert.
We did get to golf Coral Canyon, our favorite golf course in St. George, and we also went and saw the movie, "Mama Mia."
It's always fun to get away.

Bill Barker Saves Younger Brother, Clyde

Bill Barker saves younger brother Clyde from drowning when he was three years old. Clyde was just one year old when he fell into a watering trough and was pulled out by Bill who was soaked to the his hips.

It all started in 1953...

Yes, this is Leda Colleen Reeder Barker, one of the only pictures I have of me when I was a baby. I can't complain because I was well loved by my parents and five brothers and sisters.

I had a happy childhood and was always playing in the park across the street from our home on 40th street in Ogden, Utah.

And now I'm not talking to my friends anymore, I'm blogging.
